Vauhti sen kuin kasvaa :) Pentuset voivat hyvin ja energisesti. Itsekin uupuu nopeammin tällä hetkellä ;) Tosin mulla alkaa nyt painamaan koko ajan hiljakseen kertyvä univelka. Tällä viikolla olen ollut ihan todella väsynyt (mitäköhän seuraavat viikot tuovat tullessaan). Onneksi ensi viikolla on hiukan enempi iltavuoroja, joten saan nukuttuakin vähän enemmän.
Pennuilla on ihan kiva vuorokausirytmi. Yöt nukkuvat pääasiallisesti. Joskus voi kuulua jotain ääntä, mutta ei edes joka yö. Ruokailujen suhteen on myös aika hyvin vakiintunut rytmi. Ulkoilua harrastetaan monta kertaa päivässä ja ipanat viihtyvätkin hyvin takapihalla, eritoten terassilla. Juusto on tullut tutuksi ja sen haju saakin nenät tuhisemaan :) Vieraita on edelleen käynyt mukavasti. Kiitos edelleen kaikille käyneille ja pahoittelut jos olen viime aikoina ollut väsynyt ;)
Pennut löytävät itsensä yhä useammin vähän huonoille teille ;) Joukon pahin on se tyyppi, jonka olen päättänyt jättää kotiin. Great!! Olenkin miettinyt mihin olenkaan päätäni tunkemassa... Hampaita kokeillaan vähän kaikkeen, mutta onneksi vielä eivät saa jälkiä aikaan...
Tänään pennut saivat sirut niskaan ja paperit lähtivät heti sen jälkeen Riitalle jotta saadaan reksiteröinti eteenpäin. Nimet julkistan heti, kun saadaan otettua uudet passikuvat :) Kuvia napsin kivan määrän ulkona tänään. Ne pitäisi seuraavaksi käydä läpi.

Puppies are feeling excellenet and very energetic. I'm the one who wears out before the puppies :D Next week I should have the chance to sleep a bit more. Puppies sleep most of the nights. Only rarely they make some noices during night time.
Puppies get to go out many times a day. And they love our back yard. They have so many things to explore :) Puppies have got to taste some cheese and they are excited about it. Puppies seem to be getting on bad ways very often. The worst one is the one I desided that was going to stay with us. I'm just wondering where I'm sticking my head into... Theeth are being tried on everything. At least they can't do much damage yet...
Puppies were microchipped today. Straight after that I posted the papers to Riitta so we can get the registration done. I will announce the official names after we get new head shots taken. Today I took a lot of pics when we were out.

Kohina vaan kuuluu...
...kun pennut kasvaa hurjaa vauhtia :) Tuntuu, että joka päivä ovat erilaisia ja ovat oppineet erilaisia taitoja! Ulkoilut ovat nyt säännöllisiä olettaen, että sää sen sallii. Ja nyt päästään ulos ihan itsekin ja sisällekin tullaan pääsääntöisesti ihan itse. Mitä nyt välillä tuottaa hankaluuksia, kun ovat eri puolilla oviaukkoa ja joku onnistuu livahtamaan takaisin ulos ;) Myös ulkoiluajat ovat pidentyneet aika reilusti, kun liikkuvat hyvin ulkona. Pihalla reviiri laajenee koko ajan. Saa nähdä kuinka pitkään niitä uskaltaa yksin pimeällä ulkoiluttaa ;) Hirveän mielellään ovat hereillä ollessaan jossain muualla kuin pentuhuoneessa ja se niille sallittakoon :) Ilmoittavat kyllä hyvin painokkain äänensävyin, kun haluavat lisää tilaa ;) Ja nukahtelevat sitten vähän minne sattuu ympäri kämppää...

Tosin tässä jo odottaa innolla, että pääsee oman pennun kanssa touhuamaan kaikkea mahdollista :) Veikkaanpa, että pentujen tulevat omistajat odottavat vähintään yhtä innolla luovutusta :) Mulle tämä taitaa sentään olla vähän helpompaa, kun sentään näen ipanat päivittäin...

The puppies are growing so fast. Every day they are different in many ways! Now we are going out regularly during the day. And now the puppies can go out by themselves, they don't need to be carried. Also tehy come inside on their own. The time we spend out each time gets longer and longer. Inside the house they love to spend time more and more somewhere else than the puppy room. And they defenetly can tell their opinion if they need more room ;) After playing they fall asleep all over the house :)

4 viikkoa / 4 weeks
Niin se aika kuluu ja ipanat ovat jo 4 viikkoa vanhoja :) Vauhti lisääntyy päivä päivältä ja nyt on löytynyt menoon mukaan myös hampaat ;) Leluista ollaan kiinnostuneita päivä päivältä enemmän ja reviiri tuntuu laajentuvan koko ajan. Pentujen mielestä yksi huone on ihan liian vähän heidänkaltaisille otuksille, joten olohuone ja muu talo on tullut hyvinkin tutuksi. Touhukkaasti ipanat tutkivat ympäristöään ja ilmoittavat kyllä milloin tekee mieli omasta huoneesta pois ;) Yöt nukkuvat tosi hyvin ja Tikki onkin saanut vähän lisää vapautta. Äitikoira saa siis nykyään nukkua missä haluaa ja pääsee aina tarpeen mukaan pentuja hoivaamaan. Tikki on myös aloittanut lenkkeilyn shelttien ohella, jos tästä kuntoon tultaisiin jossain vaiheessa :) Tikki osaa nykyään aika hyvin sivuuttaa pentujen vinkumiset jos niillä ei ole mikään hätä. Voi kun itsekin osaisi tämän taidon ;)
Mukavasti on pentuja käynyt ihmiset rapsuttelemassa. Kiitos kaikille kavereille :) Vielä ei ole näkyvissä mitään vierastamisia. Annen Viljo-poika pikemminkin sai pennut entistä innostuneemmiksi :)

Puppies are already 4 weeks old, the time flies! The are interested on toys now and they are catching speed every single day and now they have discovered that they have theeth! Puppies think that one room just isn't big enough for them, so part of the day they spend in the rest of the house. They have the chance to expolre a bit :) They sleep quite well during the nights and Tikki has now the possibility to choose her own place to sleep and go to the puppies when needed. Tikki has also started to come along to the walks. We have a lot to do when we are back in good fit.
Many friends have come to meet the puppies, which is nice :) Puppies have been having fun with all the people :)

Ruokaa!! / Food!!
Pennut ovat nyt syöneet muutaman päivän ihan oikeaa ruokaa sen neljä kertaa päivässä. Ruokaa uppoaa ipanoiden massuun kovin vaihteleva määrä. Ihan hirveästi eivät vielä kiinteää syö. Tosin ovat kyllä ihan pulleassa kunnossa siitä huolimatta ;) Painoa oli tasan 3 vkon iässä pienemmillä n. 1550 g ja isommilla n. 1750 g. Eli ihan hyvän kokoista sakkia. Huomaa kyllä hyvin miten kiinteän ruoan aloituksen jälkeen ovat unet pidentyneet huomattavasti ja samalla myös valveillaolohetken pidentyneet jonkin verran.
Hauskaa porukkaa on kyllä. Vuorotellen ovat toistensa niskassa ärisemässä. Motoriikka kehittyy päivä päivältä, mutta kovin kömpelöä menoa se vielä on :) Kide oli to-pe välisenä yönä löytänyt tiensä ulos pentulaatikosta ja nukkui tyytyväisenä yksin lattialla. Pitänee pian korottaa kulkuaukkoa jos ottavat ihan tavaksi. Haluan kuitenkin, että nukkuvat yönsä pentulaatikossa. Päiväthän pennut viettävät hyvin pitkälle muualla huoneessa, elleivät jää yksin vähänkään pidemmäksi aikaa (jolloin "joutuvat" pentulaatikkoon). Äkkiä ne ipanat alkoivatkin omatoimisesti laajentamaan reviiriään. Huoneen aitaus on yleensä auki jo pelkästään Tikin takia, että pääsee kulkemaan edestakaisin. Eikä siinä nokka kauaa tuhise, kun joku lapsista on löytänyt tiensä pois pentuhuoneesta. Rohkeasti siis lähtevät tutkimaan ympäristöään :)
Ulkoilemaan ollaan pyritty päivittäin pieniä hetkiä, mitä säältä ja töiltä ollaan ehditty ja pystytty. Ensi viikolla tarkoituksena aloittaa ihan säännölliset ulkoilut aina ruokailun päälle, sään ehdoilla tietysti. Eteisessä odottaakin kompostiverkot pentuaitausta varten. Toivotaan, ettei meille päin lunta ainakaan ihan heti tulisi. Saisi ulkoilut hyvin käyntiin, jos kelit pysyisivät hyvinä... Samaten ampuminen pitää ottaa ohjelmistoon mukaan heti kun vaan mahdollista (ts. ollaan Kallen kanssa samaan aikaan kotona). Matokuuri on tällä hetkellä menossa, huomenna tämän satsin viimeinen kerta. Kovinkaan ihastuneita pennut eivät ole olleet matolääkkeeseen ;) Päätä pitää ravistella, kun ilmeisesti on kovin pahan makuista ;)
Tikki on hyvässä kunnossa, itse asiassa ihan tuhdissa kunnossa.. Olen tässä odotellut kovin, että koska ne imettävät nartut oikein laihtuu ;) Tikki laihtuu näköjään vasta kun laihdutuskuurille joutuu... Tosin se on saanut syödä melkein niin paljon kuin on syödäkseen. Lenkit otetaan säännölliseen ohjelmaan ensi viikolla viimeistään, metsään tosin en vielä ota mukaan ettei nisät kärsi. Tai pitää hankkia sille lehmiltä tuttu utaresuoja ;) Tikki onkin ihan valmis edes johonkin aktiviteettiin. Sen mielestä on kovin tylsää. Tikki onkin tyytyväinen kun pääsee taas päivisin sohvalle ja sänkyyn nukkumaan. Odottaa varmaan jo kuin kuuta nousevaa, että yötkin saa nukkua meidän lähellä ja treenien alkamista.

The puppies have been eating solid food for couple of days now, four times a day. They aren't eating that much yet. But they are quite chubby still ;) At 3 weeks of age the smaller ones weighed about 1550 gr and bigger ones about 1750 gr. After the feeding started tehy have leghtened their sleeping times and also the time they are awake.
The puppies are so funny. All the time they are hanging on each others necks swearing and cursing ;) They are moving better and better each day, but still so clumsy. Kide was sleeping on the floor in the middle of the night between thursday and friday. She was sleeping soundly :) They are supposed to be sleeping in the litter box during the nights... I guess I have to make the doorway a bit higher... The puppies are making their territory bigger each day. We have fenced the room for the puppies but the fence is mostly open because of Tikki. And they quikly started to explore what is on the ourside. Very brave puppies :)
I have started to medicate the puppies against worms now for the first time. It seems to be a bad tasting meidicine according to the reactions of the puppies ;) We have tried to get the puppies out at least once a day now. And next week we'll try to get thme out after every meal, of course depending on the weather. Hopefully it won't start snowing soon. As soon as possible we have start shooting for the puppies.
Tikki is in good fit, actually she is quite chubby also ;) I have been waiting for the moment that she starts to lose weight. But it seems that she is eating enough and needs a diet for the weight lost ;) Next week Tikki can come regularly for the walks with me and the shelties. Although she can't come to the forest for a while. I don't want her tits to be hurting. Or maybe I have to get her a bra ;) Tikki is waiting anxiously for some kind of activity. She is happy to get to move freely in the house during the days. She will be happy when she can sleep the nights near us. And she will be happy when she can start training :)

Kehitystä :) / Development :)
Pennut kehittyvät koko ajan, joka päivä ovat erilaisia :) Hauska seurata mitä tahtia kukin kehittyy. Hampaat puskevat jo aika hyvin ikenien läpi, joten pian on neljä piraijaa... Kovasti pitää sisaruksia kurittaa ja temperamenttia tuntuu löytyvän ;)
Tänään on aloitettu kiinteään ruokaan tutustuminen. Lautaselta on tarjoiltu jauhelihaa tutteliin sekoitettuna. Kovin on sotkuista touhua ;) Mutta hyvin tajusivat, että sötkötys pitää lusikoida suuhun. Huurre ainakin tuntuu olevan herkkusuu ;) Lautasella on kyllä ollut ruuan lisäsi erinäinen määrä tassuja ja muutamaan otteeseen ihan kokonainen pentukin... Toivottavasti oppivat vähän siistimmät pöytätavat ;)

Today the puppies started to eat solid food. They had minced meat mixed with milk formula. It was awfully messy ;) But they realized quite good that it was supposed to be eaten. Huurre seemed to like food ;) There were lots of paws and a whole puppy on the plate at one time... Hopefully they will learn better table manners ;)

Blogin linkittäminen
Olen huomannut, että blogilla on paljon lukijoita. Ja se on kiva tietää :) Mutta olisi mukavaa, jos ensin varmistettaisiin blogin ylläpitäjältä (eli minulta) voiko linkkiä tänne laittaa omille sivuilleen/blogiinsa. Kuvia / Pics
Pennut kehittyy päivä päivältä :) Ne muuttuivat silmien aukeamisen myötä ihan erilaisiksi, ottavat kontaktia jne. Nyt jo tapellaan ja kerrotaan hyvin tarkkaan omia mielipiteitä. Pentulaatikon sisustin uudelleen ja nyt siellä on muutakin kuin yhdenlaista alustaa. Hauskasti eilen kaksi ipanaa kävi tarkistamassa mun pienen limsapullon, jonka olin laatikkoon mukanani tuonut. Eli selkeästi kiinnittävät ympäristöönsä nyt jo paljon huomiota. Hereillä ovat vielä kovin lyhyitä aikoja, mutta sekin aika käytetään tehokkaasti tappeluun ;) Kovin suloisia ovat, kun ikenillään yrittävät ottaa toisiaan niskasta kiinni ;)
Puppies are growing and developing day by day. They changed immediately after getting their eyes open, they started to get contact etc. They are fighting and telling their own feelings quite clearly :) They are starting to pay attention to the arroundings. They are awake only a short times but they use that time efficiently to fighting ;) It's so qute when they try to bite each others with their gums :)

Puppies are growing and developing day by day. They changed immediately after getting their eyes open, they started to get contact etc. They are fighting and telling their own feelings quite clearly :) They are starting to pay attention to the arroundings. They are awake only a short times but they use that time efficiently to fighting ;) It's so qute when they try to bite each others with their gums :)

Silmät auki / Eyes have opened
Nyt on pennuilla silmät enemmän tai vähemmän auki. Osa jo selkeästi katseleekin ympäröivää maailmaa. Osalla on myös korvat auki ja kuulo pikkuhiljaa toiminnassa. Pissaakin tuntuu tulevan "milloin sattuu", pitää varmaan pentulaatikon sisustusta alkaa muuttamaan ;) Pennuillahan on nyt ikää se 2 viikkoa. Joten viikon päästä avaamme ovet kaikille halukkaille pennun katsojille :) Tervetuloa pentuja ihastelemaan ja rapsuttelemaan!

Now the puppies have opened their eyes. Some of them are already really looking around. Some of them also have their ears open and working. they seem to be peeing all over the place, I guess I have to redecorate the litterbox ;) The puppies are now 2 weeks old. So in week from now we open our doors to every one who wants to come and take a look at the puppies :) Welcome!

Lapsoset kasvavat kovin :) Tänään on varmasti jo tuplattu syntymäpainot. Näyttävät silmäänkin jo kovin isoilta :) Kävelyharjoitukset ovat alkaneet. Suloisen näköisiä kun saavat itsensä nelinkontin, mutta sitten eivät enää tiedäkään mitä piti tehdä :D Tänään otettiin uusia kuvia. Se olikin aika haastavaa touhua...
The puppies are growing :) I'm sure that today everyone has doubled their birth weight. They even look so big :) They have started their walking practice. They look so sweet when they get themselves on all fours but then don't know what to do :D Today we took some new photos. That was a challenge...

Onko tää ihan normaalia :D / Is this normal at all :D
Tyyppi oli löytänyt hyvän paikan nukkua ;) Nukkui siis ihan tyytyväisenä turvarimojen tukemana :D Autoin sitten pikkuisen vähän normaalimpaan nukkuma-asentoon ;)
